Provisional quality-linked terminal dues rates in 2026
The designated operators of all UPU member countries are kindly requested to examine International Bureau circular letter 0426(DPRM.PPRE.RDI)1027 of 18 March 2025, concerning the collection of information for the calculation and publication of the provisional terminal dues rates applicable in 2026, and to provide the International Bureau with all relevant information by completing the forms in Annexes 1, 2 and 3.
The duly completed forms should be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 1 May 2025, by e-mail to Mr Vytis Staskevicius (vytis.staskevicius@upu.int) and Ms Virginia Espinoza (virginia.espinoza@upu.int).
